The staff was amazing and could understand my English. The ladies were so helpful in arranging 2 dune buggy tours and my overall transportation to/from Jeri. I loved the proximity to the beach, the convenience stores, and I used the pool multiple times a day during the trip. The room was how I expected - comfortable, cool with a/c, good hot water, and the bathroom small as in the reviews but adequate and fine. They did a great job cleaning my room and the grounds. The breakfast was great and a nice way to start the day. The staff so friendly and helpful. I would stay again and I recommend it.

Overall I really liked the location, in a quiet corner of Jeri by some really cute restaurants. Steps away from the beach, staff was very helpful. Room for improvement: toiletries (only soap and shampoo are provided and not always restocked daily), and upkeep of bathroom. The room was well cleaned but I felt that the bathroom could hve been cleaned better - the sink in particular looked like no one ever touched it while cleaning.

O pessoal é muito legal, desde as meninas da recepção, o piscineiro e o pessoal da cozinha. Atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã com boas opções além do preparo imediato de Ovos, Omeletes e Tapiocas. Os quartos são pequenos e o meu ar condicionado não funcionou direito durante a estadia de 4 dias. O q realmente incomodou foi o tamanho do banheiro. O box é muito pequeno. .

Já estou com saudades!
Atendimento excelente, funcionários bem simpáticos e solicitos, dando suporte em todos os serviços externos e internos. A pousada fica muito bem localizada e é muito confortável, café da manhã delicioso e o atendimento é bem rápido. Só não gostei da ducha pelo fato do jato molhar totalmente o box, pois o box é bem pequeno e a ducha está molhando todos os lados, tirando isso amei tudo, a pousada é bem aconchegante.

Pontos positivos: localização, preço, café da manhã, equipe e áreas externas comuns. Ponto negativo: o tamanho do quarto e sobretudo do banheiro (mínimo), além do fato da construção ser bastante vetusta. Parabens à equipe toda que consegue fazer a estadia bastante agradável, apesar deste importante ponto negativo!
