"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the rooms are so spacious and generally clean; the breakfast was healthy and balanced. The room also had a fridge and microwave which I was pleasantly surprised about :-) Staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a 3 min walk from the subway station so I used the subway during my whole trip. I also enjoyed making use of the gym on the 2nd floor which had variation of equipment. My only negatives were that the corners of the rooms had a little dust which the vacuum cleaner misses, the treadmill has a tear in it and the fact that this is a very rough neighbourhood with drug abuse/poverty etc. I travelled alone and was not afraid and it's important to note there are deprived and developing areas in EVERY city, however I would understand why another person would be apprehensive about walking around the local area"

"We received a warm welcome when we arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk staff member helped us transfer our luggage inside. The room was clean and heated perfectly. Our second stay here was as good as the first! "
