"Really pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly- we are both veggie and didn’t have a problem with the food options but we may have found it repetitive if we had stayed longer. Our only concern was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 22.45 one night I think to give us something but we didn’t feel happy answering the door."

"Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10"

"Fabulous first visit to Marrakech. We stayed in the Road si Said and were met in the nearby parking area on arrival. The Road arranged our return airport transfers which was smooth and hassle free. Despite arriving early, our room was ready for us and whilst we enjoyed a truly delightful mint tea and Moroccan pastry platter as we checked in, our luggage was swiftly taken to our room.
