"Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great. "

"If you looking for ONDOL Heating System and wanted to try the Jeju black pork, than this place would be perfect for you. Everytime we visit Jeju island, we stay in this place. Also this place offer the sauna for the hotel residents for 7,000 won. So if you wanted to try it than it will be good experience "
