The views of the Athabasca Gracier from the lobby and restaurant are incredible. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the welcome complimentary cocktail and charcuterie board. We have breakfast and dinner at the onsite restaurant, Altitude, the food was delicious. Great views! I did think it was a little pricey for what you get (no room service available, only had two very small towels in the bathroom, ect.) For $600 a night I would expect better services and higher quality. All staff went above a beyond and were very personable. I would definitely recommend for 1 night only as the dining options are not good. Avoid the Altitude at all costs. As you get a better view from the hotel lobby. The food was also good, but could be better. Definitely not 5 or 4 star, but it could be one day. This place needs more activities for the guests like a private balcony with a bar, pool table and hot tub. We hiked the whole time we were there so it would have been nice to have some other dinner options or a kitchen or sinple stove top in the room would be nice. The only real downside I can think of is that there was a tick on my pillow as i walked into the room.
