Room was great, staff very friendly, kitchen in can’t say anything about cause I didn’t eat at the hotel, and room I was in didn’t have a balcony, other then it being a little bit of a walk to downtown Jasper I couldn’t recommend it more

We would return there again easily. The hotel was doing some renovations and as a result there was no restaurant but there were plenty of eating options very close by. Loved the location and the overall room amenities. Just a great place to stay.

The staff was helpful to have called a bellboy for us, as the hotel spans many lots/buildings and there were no elevator to take us to the third floor where we stayed. I believe it was due to undergoing renovation from Jasper Fire in 2024.

Lovely stay in a newly refurbished/built room. It was quiet, the room was spacious and we had a balcony. The only downside was the construction, which we had expected and been advised of in advance, meant some facilities weren't available. The hotel is right on the end of town so easy in/out and plenty of parking but still close enough to walk to town.
