As a family we really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub and were thankful our room was close. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed it. The hotel is also located close to the main shopping area and restaurants, but not so close that its loud and busy. We would stay again

The place is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. The reason is not a five star is due the train noise. It's a little noticable but bearable.
