"Did you not have the correct room for me on my reservation and it was not ready when I got there and the girl at the desk didn't follow through with what she was supposed to in order to get us rollaway beds. I had to go back and ask someone else that was on duty and she said there was no note about it."

"The breakfast and social hour was great as we didn't need to go out and eat and the food was good. There was a problem with an unruly guest but they took care of it and that can't be helped. "

"I was impressed with the property overall. Friendly staff. Quiet clean spacious room and comfortable bed. The restaurant on the premises had good food with good service and reasonable prices. They tie up your card with incidentals hold without advising that they will be though that did not cause us an issue personally."
