"Definitely enjoyed my stay. I was kinda iffy at first being that I’m from Houston so things are different and you hear all the stories about the area and being careful before getting to the destination but it was definitely a great stay. Very convenient area as well everything I needed was walking distance for the most part. And even when I had to use uber the cost to get to Times Square was responsible because of the distance. I’d definitely book this same hotel if I ever decide to make the trip to New York again and staff was great."

"Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. Hyatt Grand Central New York (there are a few Hyatt’s)"
