"There is much room for improvement. Paid for 7 days but checked out after 2 days Hotel flatly refused to refund even for a day The place needs to improve a ton. "

"It wasn’t a good experience. One of the front guest was very rude to start with, room didn’t have complimentary water bottles, no free breakfast, TV wasn’t working even after several calls, no lift, had to pay for AC room at the front desk ( thought that I booked a room with AC), no parking, the towels weren’t fresh and dogs were barking all thru the night and we couldn’t sleep. The list goes on. In the same trip, I stayed in Delhi and Agra and rooms were very good for the same price… "

"Great property but need big time maintenance. Some spots of the resort has bad painting and unclean. Worst part is a hotel with 170 rooms has a spa with 2 therapist. Not up to taj standard and the price point."
