Atlantic Sunrise B - This listing is half of a duplex. The beach is your backyard with lots of space for everyone, including your leashed pup. Take a short walk and dip your toes in the ocean. There are beautiful views from the balcony and deck. The first level offers a bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, a dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The main living area includes comfy couches, a large HDTV, and access to an oceanfront deck for sunbathing. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free Wi-Fi. The full-size kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances large and small. It will be easy to cook up a delicious family meal. Harris Teeter, Publix, Winn Dixie, and Walmart are nearby for all your groceries. Upstairs, there is a large sunny main suite! The ensuite bath boasts a large walk-in shower and a separate powder area. The second floor includes a third bedroom that has two twin beds and a private bath. Spacious, convenient, and beautifully appointed, located in a private oceanfront setting but close to shopping and restaurants. We have many return guests that just love this oceanfront spot. Come and explore one of Florida's best island towns!

There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit. Several parking areas allow all-night parking.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information before this, we are happy to offer it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will see communication coming through this system.
One dog is allowed, and there is a non-refundable fee. Guests must sign a pet addendum to the lease.
Damage protection is included with this rental, but guests are responsible for damages that exceed the policy.
There is a $300 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges, and the hold will be released 7 days after you depart.
We use email to request signatures on our lease and send guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and other necessary communication. Please provide a mobile phone number you will have during your stay.
We highly recommend that our guests purchase trip insurance for their protection. This is especially important during hurricane season, June through November.
