"The home was beautiful and well setup. The neighborhood wasn't great and some guy came banging on our door at 745 am because our kids were up and walking around and it woke him up as he was below us. He was told to bug off and went back below. We wouldn't stay there again."

"This property is a wonderful home away from home. My favorite feature is the well stocked kitchen! I cook for my family that lives in Knoxville when I visit, and the thoughtfully stocked kitchen makes that very easy to do. "The house was very comfortable and all the amenities were as advertised. Host family left a very sweet basket of goodies, complete with a bottle of wine. Weather did not permit us to use the fire pit...but it looked wonderful, compete with plenty of wood for the fire and a basket with all the fixings for Smores. My first time renting through VRBO that the door code was withheld until 30 minutes before check-in... but that was the only negative to the whole trip. Thanks for sharing you home...

"We visited this place with a large company and spent this time with a lot of emotions. Everyone had equal conditions for rest and everyone was satisfied! The only thing that upsets is the lack of a pier near the water. There was no opportunity to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of nature by dipping our feet in the water. The property managers were responsive and had the home set up with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, and a full supply of wood for the wonderful covered fire pit. The property is conveniently located just a short drive from Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The sheets/linens that were on the beds were in need of additional cleaning. They had stains, pet hair and long hair on them. Again, the stay was wonderful overall."

"We stayed here with a group of 20 for Thanksgiving and didn’t feel cramped. Although one bathroom had a sewage smell (which was fixed), the golf cart ran out of gas and we had to push it back to the house, and there was no lake access, only a lake view, we had a good time. There’s a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The wifi worked perfectly on all 3 floors. The hosts were very responsive. "
