Continental breakfast was offered as compensation for this inconvenience and a $10 coupon for spa service -there was no full hot breakfast offerings/menu as well and no microwave in the room or water bottles /drinks . "Overall wonderful stay. Hotel rooms very spacious. Loved the kitchen that has a regular oven. The only thing that needs improvement is the “glassware” provided are like plastic toys. I understand a lot of guests are children but adults could really enjoy a GLASS of wine. Indoor waterpark is small but fun, best part is the hot tub goes outside . It was very relaxing sitting in hot tub while snow flakes falling around you "

"The breakfast was great. Overall, the condition of the room was good but my room was facing a busy street and the windows did not do a good job of blocking out the road noise. Parking lot was kind of tight and only had a couple spots available when I checked in."

"I normally slide right in with hotel staff and get along great and this hotel was no exception. I am older and people love telling their stories to me. There was a young (younger than I) lady working day shift at the desk I enjoyed hearing her special stories. I work from hotel rooms around America so I have free time when on my breaks."
