"Charming, clean, comfortable, and peaceful cottage, with a host/hostess who have thought of everything! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, nice dishes and glasses, an oven and refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is a great place to hang out. The location set well back from the road made it possible for me to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the summertime sounds of crickets and cicadas. I can't think of a better place to stay in the Ithaca area with these...

"I will get right to the point. This property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and an amazing location. That being said your rental is attached to the live in property manager by a wall, and on top of a golf course club house. Every morning they ran lawn mowers outside our window waking my 6 month old baby. They would just have it idling which was bizarre to me. Constant noise and traffic from the golf course traffic was annoying . The property manager was the oddest of all. When we met...

The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also. "Location was ideal, size was good. I liked the setup of the front door lock and had it been warmer weather, would have loved to use the front porch swing. Definitely older overall but we weren’t looking for luxury and I think it was appropriately priced. Felt like someone lived there when it’s not being rented, which I understand but some personal items (specifically bathroom) could have been stored away. Overall we would stay there again. "
