"You know those dream elegant hotels you see in movies always wishing that you’d stay at one like that. Well this hotel is just that, the best customer service we’ve experienced. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well put together, the food was amazing and the views were one of a kind. 5 stars is not enough to express how good this hotel is as we are already planning our second stay there. "We were a family of 3 adults, 6 nights, March 2025, executive room. The hotel is perfection! Feel new / renovated. Amazing shower and large. 2 beds and single sofa which was comfortable. The room has closet room which was such an upgrade vs having your lugguge around you. Amazing breakfast (paid). The nicest staff (oksana and Simone and all of them were just the nicest ppl). Great location as close to brignole train and the main bus stop so had so many transportation options. The windows are very good and had no noise. Food around was great (oriental market area and other great options). Really a dream hotel, couldn’t ask for better"

"Around a 10 minute walk from the train station and centrally located for restaurants and bars and around a 10 minute walk to the port. Check in is at a different location just around the corner and staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, quiet location and great bakery just across the street. "
