Excellent stay at the Galatahan!!
We were very pleased with the hotel and highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us keep a suitcase at the hotel while we went on a cruise. Would definitely return here😋

The staff seemed friendly. The AC worked well. The internet went in and out. Even when I had it it was one bar. The room was old and dingy and I have bug bits all over my arms and legs. There was some bug (not bed bug) in the bedding and it was relentless. The bed was a lump and I felt I was sleeping on springs. My back and neck are worse for ware.

Very quiet and secluded location from chaotic pace of Istanbul in the middle of the old town, with walkable distance to major metro line, famous tram street, Galata tower / bridge, port, countless restaurants and bars.
