Issaquah Highlands Vacation Packages

Recently stayed for a birthday trip loved the location. Room was clean wish I had a fidge in room and didn’t like that I had to pay not only a resort fee I had to pay extra for parking.

Expedia had no information on its site regarding the construction that was going on in the hotel. If I knew I wouldn’t have booked a night here, I was woken up around 730am to loud banging right next to my room that went on for several hours. The hotel staff should have given me a room that was away from current construction. They didn’t despite me telling them I was celebrating my birthday by having a relaxing day at the hotel. The location was great but I wish I had enjoyed my stay here.

This property is either new or remodeled. Very dated and luxury style. Lobby,indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, suana and steam room. Game/family room a plus. We loved that our son had his own room from us. The kitchen, living room, dining room and balcony was large and contained all items we needed. The pool robes were an added plus. Only 2 items we felt could have been improved. Front desk was always busy and wait time too long, texted items needed per the request of the QR code hotel info but no one responded till over 5 hours. There were 2 staff members working hard and was very friendly but maybe during peak hours/days have more staff available. The other thing is that the bathroom sink area is too small with very limited counter space. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay and we will stay again in the future.

Brilliant area inside for working with a great coffee shop. Staff kind and helpful from front desk, to bar and room cleaning.
