While the island struggled with no power, this hotel had a generator that kept everything running smoothly—allowing us to have light, water, and air conditioning, which was a huge relief! The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax, and the staff were consistently pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s clear they prioritize guest comfort, even in challenging situations. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and would recommend this hotel for those seeking reliable service and a peaceful retreat. Would definitely return!"

"We liked that it was attached to the SJU international airport. Having an early flight makes this property a great place to stay. The restaurant on the second floor was open until 10 pm and the food was great. The rooms were cold but we called the front desk and they told us how to shut off the air and if you were hot you could turn it back on again. The rooms were modern, updated and very clean. The only suggestion that I would have would be to have more signs that show where you can pull over to drop off luggage. We pulled over where it said to check in and when we were just getting out our luggage a tow truck immediately came behind us and all my family was doing was getting the luggage to the curb and my husband was going to go and park the car. The tow truck guy was very rude. My suggestion would be to park or drop your rental off first /shuttle and then drag your luggage to the hotel. It is quite a walk to check in. It also would have been nice to have the luggage dollies there at the doors to use. Overall, If you have an early flight like we did and have to be up at 2 am then this is a great place to stay and then walk right to the airport all inside. Would defenitely stay again and recommend to anyone to use them."

"Suggest having coffee and water available throughout the day, not just during breakfast service. Also, noticed toliet paper missing in men's bathroom in lobby for two days in a row. Lastly, suggest having waste basket available in bathroom off pool as makes inconvenient to throw away towels, which may cause some to flush down toilet or place in sink cabinet (I saw the latter)."
