"The property and stay overall was very nice. The staff are really great here. The bed and room amenities are not as nice as I remember prior to the remodel. Our bed and pillows were not very comfortable and or toliet did not flush properly."

"Overall, it was an OK stay. Location is good. Parking is small and limited ($19 per night). Ongoing construction. The entrance didn’t look welcoming at all but inside lobby was nice. We were put in an Accessible Room on the 4th floor all the way to the end of the hallway (Rm 401), even though I didn’t request for an Accessible room. "Staff: without question the star of the show here. I had an extended stay here (over a month) and the staff was over accommodating. They all need to be commended. Property: its a cheap hotel, what do you expect? If you want the ultimate - look elsewhere. If youre trying to be budget minded then loosen up a little. The place is fine, clean and safe. Hell even irvine PD posts up and patrols the parking lot a little too much but at least you and your things are safe there. Pet friendly: my...
