"A beautiful welcoming elegant hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with a good functioning bathroom. Breakfast is very good, a selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries, a yummy creamy scrambled egg, fruit. The waiting staff are very efficient and helpful. "

"Picturesque location spoilt by unfinished major construction next door. Pool was very dirty, full of flies and wasps swarming around it. A simple clean up and lick of paint in places at minimal cost would make a huge difference to what felt like a very tired and neglected hotel. We chose not to stay over night and found an alternative hotel due to our disappointment with the pool and outside areas."
