Our host was very hospitable and friendly. We had both tea and cold beverages options in our room as well as chocolates and shortbread cookies which were a nice treat after a long day of travel. Wonderful breakfast with extensive options, prepared at time of our choosing.

Lovely!! My partner and I had a fantastic time here. Chris is a very approachable and kind host, and cooked a lovely breakfast each morning. The rooms were cozy and well decorated and the surrounding area very quiet. It's also not too far from the center of Inverness, with the train station being only a 15 minute walk away. I will warn that there is a cat on the property, so be wary if you have any allergies. The cat was very friendly, however, and did not try to enter our rooms. Would highly recommend!

Chris was a terrific host! His home is beautiful and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We were able to park right in front of the house and it's an easy walk to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants - the location is perfect! Chris cooked us a wonderful breakfast each morning too. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Chris!

Chris' place was probably our favorite place we stayed in Scotland. Patches is an excellent greeter. When we are away from our animals, we love having resident pets to keep us company. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and I appreciated the variety of breakfast options. Chris gave us many pointers and we really enjoyed our conversations with him, learning more about the area and Scotland in general. Parking is on street with no designated parking but we didn't have any trouble finding a spot when we returned every night. Would definitely stay here again.
