"Beautiful garden room, very friendly staff beautiful surroundings and close to city centre. Restaurant was lovely, we had a slight issue with our mains but we're offered a dessert on the house to make up for it. Can't fault the place and will definitely be booking a return visit. We had a lovely but noisy dog in the room next to us but could only hear her barking when on the patio. No noise when in the room."

"14 of us from Worthing Rowing Club travelled up to take part in Monster the Loch and stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect for our needs - plenty of bed space and a lovely homely kitchen that we lived in when not on the water. The aga warmed us up on our return from the race and cooked us big breakfasts and dinners. I have the identical aga so it was like being at home! There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and we managed to squeeze all of us round the kitchen table but...

"This is a beautiful gem. Spacious, clean, very quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Very well equipped kitchen. The hosts provided a lovely selection of basics upon our arrival. We absolutely loved it!!! Would definitely stay again!"

"A unique little hut thats very effective as a base of operations. Its too small to be permanent setting. Very clean with snacks laid on in the kitchen bin. Definitely for car users as driveway is steep and twisty. Very little contact with owners as we only required an additional towel which was bought to us in a few minutes. Views are of the local woodland and Loch Ness is a few minutes drive away. Overall we enjoyed our two nights there. Recommended stay. "

"Hotel of choice for Inverness, Quiet and secluded with ample parking space. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. High quality catering though a more varied dinner menu would be good. Anyone staying more than one night will find it repetitive. Top quality breakfast but again, a limited range of choices. Last three stays, I have not had a functioning desk light which poses restrictions on anyone with paperwork to attend to of an evening. These minor hurdles aside, this is still the best hotel...
