"Lovely comfortable room and super convenient to Brownwood Paddock Square. Spacious room with king sized bed. Only downside were noisy doors closing in hallway of other rooms at random times of night. We had a 3 night stay and heard the doors every night which became a bit annoying "

"I have stayed at this property multiple times in the last 6 months overall great place to stay for the price. Kelly, JP and the entire staff including management have been great very accommodating overall the staff 5 stars. My personal experience I haven't seen any bugs beds are comfortable my only complaint they don't have fridges or microwaves in the rooms and want 10$ a day to have a fridge microwaves aren't available so you have to heat food in the reception area. "Rooms appear to be recently renovated and great shape. The breakfast area was also really nice with lots of options. We liked the outdoor pool and hot tub with the only downside being the car noise. Pool is located next to an off ramp of I-75 with I-75 being right behind it. But hey, that is the only thing I could find negative about the place. 24 hour access to coffee/tea in the lobby is also great."

"This was our 5th or 6th time renting this house for a group dive trip and a favorite. It is a beautiful location, clean, well stocked and great communication with the host. We will be back again!"

" The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again! "
