Townhouse style chalet in the White Mountains, known for some of New England's finest hiking and biking trails. Take the kids to Storyland, Santa's Village, Monkey Trunks, Attitash's Alpine Slide, North Conway Scenic Railway or venture up Mt Washington's Scenic Roadway for spectacular views. Nice place for a short stay
Everything as-advertised, and great communications with the host. The location is a short drive from Cranmore, Black, Wildcat, Storyland, etc., and is in a quiet area with no nighttime shenanigans, which was appreciated after a long day skiing. Check in and check out were easy, and the overall experience was excellent. If you've got a larger group/family, rent both units!

My family enjoyed an extended New Year's weekend trip at the Abbott Brook Chalet. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed for cooking and lounging after skiing. Great location and a welcoming and responsive host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard's chalet. As part of our annual tradition to visit North Conway and revisit our favorite spots, Richard's chalet has now become one of our cherished destinations. The location is convenient, and Richard's communication and clear instructions on caring for his property were exceptional. The chalet was clean, cozy, and equipped with numerous creature comforts that made our stay truly delightful.

We were pleasantly surprised at this cute Chalet. It is equipped with everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and close to all area restaurants in North Conway/ Intervale. Richard was very responsive and extremely helpful with details.

Great spot in North Conway area
Good location, very quiet. If you love hiking the Mt Kearsarge North trail is walking distance, and it's a splendid hike. Cranmore Resort is about a mile and plenty of restaurants, breweries, shopping in town a very short drive. Would love to return sometime.

It was a nice place for the weekend but it was not the cleanest
The over all place was nice but there were a list of things that could have been cleaned better. ~there was no broom for us to sweep the floors ~there were long hairs on the lamp shades in the bedroom with the twin beds ~there were black Pubic Hairs in the tub ~A lot of the towels were either staind or had food wiped on them (it looked like Mac& cheese ~ we found a sock stuck to the wall near 1 of the beds, candy wrappers and bottle caps under the queen bed. ~ we found someone's glasses and ear bud case in the couch and chair. ~ the white blanket on one of the twin beds was put on dirty and one of the extra blankets had a stain white ? Stain on it not sure what it was ~ the dehumidifier was full when we got there ~we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ac downstairs in the bedroom.

Perfect location
Stayed here for a weekend with my husband and 18 month old. There was a gate for the stairs which was perfect! One less thing to have to put in the car. The location was wonderful. Good and grocery all within 10 minutes. Unfortunately for us, the weather didn’t cooperate and it was sever thunderstorms and a tornado warning so we didn’t get to Storyland, but we still made the most of the weekend. Truly only a 3 minute drive to Cranmore!

Great little family spot!
This place was perfect for our little family get away with toddler twins. We had enough space for all of us and the chalet was equipped with a gate to close off the stairs which was perfect. Great view of a little farm, cute and cozy! Thank you!
