"Great stay highly recommended for large family’s. Always clean and the staff is vary friendly. Love that they txt you daily to make sure you don’t need anything. Down side it’s 30 dollars a night to park there not included in the price shown "

"We called the day prior to get early check in and were told yes no problem. However when we arrived we were told nothing available. After much conversation a staff finally helped us and provided a room. There were mosquitos on our balcony we could not go on it. "

"While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. "Location and room size"

"The property was nice and we had a great stay but the unit needed to be touched up a little ( old in grout/shower area. The unit was also in need of being dusted & mopped. Whoever cleaned the unit needs to spend a little more time. Also having to pay for toilet paper after we ran out is horribly tacky. I’ve never heard of a resort doing this."

"The resort was extremely nice and had great amenities. They didn't have our room so we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom suite to the 2 bedroom suite. The room was excellent and had everything we needed for our stay. The market on site was terribly expensive and I wouldn't shop there again. The parking fee was kind of a surprise and I don't care to sit through any type of timeshare presentation which they try to get you to do. If I wanted that I would ask."

"Blue Heron is a very nice place to stay -- convenient location, condo is always nice and well equiped. Nice view in either direction -- over the lake or seeing the EPCOT fireworks at night."
