The hotel is in the center of the old town, which made walking around to tourist sites VERY easy. The ambiance was of old Tyrol. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, but not included so a bit pricey

Excellent hotel, we all slept brilliantly, perhaps due to the quality of beds and curtains. It felt very Austrian, with quirky features everywhere. We especially loved the ‘popcorn room’. The service room with laundry facilities and vending machines was a nice touch. Our only regret was not having breakfast there. It looked fantastic.

I had a wonderful 6 nights here. My room was clean, spacious and modern. The hotel itself was peaceful with a beautiful ambience, and a very easy walk into old town. Great breakfast buffet, everything you need to fuel for a big day! They had amenities such self-service laundry, extra towels, ice, wine glasses etc available to grab yourself when needed. Thank you to the lovely ladies working at the reception during my stay, they were always smiling, very helpful and accommodating when I needed. Wish I had a few more nights here, highly recommend! 😊

Hotel brings excellent experience of a vintage property well kept and maintained the history of the hotel in a great way. Right in middle of Innsbruck from where you can take buses to go to other places or walk to near by attractions. Breakfast was such we never had in a while, with so many varieties to choose from. Hotel’s ambience is something to remember forever due to its history. If we visit again we will stay here ..

First rate Tyrolean hospitality. The reception staff were excellent, good advice on local restaurants and sight seeing. Great breakfast. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town. A short walk through the university area brings you out at the Hofburg Palace, and the quaint old town.

The staff were some of the friendly and kindness I have met along my journeys. The hotel was in the great convenient location, walkable to old town and train station. The staff helped accommodate me and answer questions about the town and transportation. They also had laundry facilities and a nice outdoor terrace.
