"This overall was a great house and we really were happy with our stay. Just a few things we wish we had known: The pictures are a little deceiving. It looks like a boardwalk takes you directly to the beach, but it doesn’t. The boardwalk ends and you still have to walk through a decent length of very soft sand and over a steep dune. -You never speak to a real local manager. Only customer service reps from Vacasa. I guarantee you’ll see a generic response to this review. -Things in the house...

"Our overall stay was wonderful! We loved the area and the house was great! The only problem we encountered was the first night there (Saturday) in the middle of grilling $75 worth of meat, the grill ran out of gas. (And only one side of the geill worked). We called the number provided and it was Tuesday afternoon before anyone came, they left a note and said they would be back tomorrow. Someone came and dropped off a tank the next day. They did not even hook it up. There was no communication...

"WISH we could have stayed longer!! Lovely home, very clean, great communication from host, great pool for everyone, the cutest little shopping/eating village, golfcart a definite "plus" to transport everyone to the pool or beach, a small stretch of the beach for sunbathing, and plenty of walking paths. We will definitely return!! "

"We have stayed at several properties at Windmark Beach. This property had lots of amenities. A big hit for indoor was the ping ball table. The kids also loved all the board games. Lots of fun family times when we were not at the pool or beach. No need to buy beach items or pool items all these amenities were furnished as well. Great family place !"
