"Super fun idea! Be aware of a few drawbacks. The toilet is near the entrance door with no door or partition. There is a public toilet nearby, but was locked. If we had access to that our stay would have been near perfect. I was aware of the toilet issue from another review, but didnt plan to have belly issues while there. There is noise from the freeway. Check in and out are tighter than typical. Price is right. Would be great for a launch id think!"

"This houseboat was fantastic. Waking up to dolphins and birds swimming outside was better than I imagined. A restaurant next to you is gorgeous. The food was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and it felt very safe. You are next to a barge bridge that lifts so there is traffic noises and boats are passing through. Its not exactly quiet. Accommodations inside the boat are very comfortable for two adults and nicely decorated. Would love to come back!!"
