"We needed a place big enough for 9 kids and 2 adults and this fit the bill perfectly. Owners were good at communicating throughout the whole process. Some of the doors rub on the frames and don't close properly and could use adjustment, but overall the house was very nice. Plenty of bedding and having 2 showers was very nice."

"I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. "We rented this place for me to be able to take care of my husband during his latest chemotherapy. He needed a quiet, calm, clean and comfortable space to get him through this tough treatment. We felt at home in the space and loved all the special amenities the host provided like coffee, popcorn, toiletries and other little things that make you feel so welcomed. We liked it so much we are going to recommend it to our family members when they come to visit us from our state areas. "

"Clean, everything worked. Everything worked. Older home, cold near windows and doors.It does have a fenced in patio all concrete. The owner was very responsive to requests. The location was optimal, close to family and surgery center, the reason for the visit."

"Clean, spacious. Very comfortable for the 10 of us. We were the parents, our 3 children with spouses and 2 grandsons. There were enough dishes and cookware. Families came from Chicago, Kansas City and Plymouth.Large screen TVs in living room and basement room were well used. We appreciated the Christmas tree as we exchanged gifts around it.Visited Alma's restaurant, Cat cafe in New Hope, Frankie's Chicago Pizza and Mall of America.Well worth our visit. Thanks to Hosts"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It is conveniently located near downtown Wayzata. We took morning walks to Grocers Table and would sit outside and have breakfast. The property is an older property but it is in terrific shape, super clean and loaded with extras that you can enjoy. We will visit this property again. "

"We enjoyed the house and it was perfect for our weekend getaway. There was an odor in the house and the stairs going up are very steep and 3 of us fell down the stairs. Other than that it was very cozy and comfortable. "

"This place was truly an amazing rental and the hosts Mike/Stacy are truly what you look for in hosts when you need a place that feels like home. Very spacious and the photos are just a sample size of the magnificent of this rental. They made it very accessible and they were responsive just as quick as they could be with all of our needs/conviences. Would recommend this spot to any and everyone. 10/10 all around!!!"

"I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

"Despite it being difficult to get into the building, it was very well maintained. Staff were responsive and quick to address an issue we had (which was due to our mistake). It was an overall positive and easy going experience. Other tenants were extremely friendly. We loved the amenities (kitchen and laundry in our room). Would definitely recommend! "
