"Área externa: Ótima, 2 churrasqueiras, 2 varandas, piscina, jardim bem cuidado e bem iluminado, 3 vagas. Bairro simples e residencial, com comércio e há 12 min de carro do centro. "Passamos sete noites no apartamento. O tamanho é excelente, confortavel para até 6 pessoas. Com todos os utensílios de cozinha. Ar condicionado sem cheiro ruim. Apartamento limpinho. Chuveiro bom. Areas comuns sempre limpas, organizadas, e bonitas. Dono sempre presente. A 300m da praia. Ambiente tranquilo. Recomendo e ficaria novamente."

"The property was nice and spacious. Our room was next to the pool and kitchen where every day at 06.00 the staff would start chatting and shouting, which woke us up. Only three tables around the pool for breakfast, which were "reserved" so we had to eat in our room, which seemed pointless as there was plenty of space for more tables."

"Really charming hotel. Very nice staff although not much English spoken, but manageable. We booked the suite to have more room Which was useful as it rained a lot. Very nice breakfast and Paraty itself is lovely "

"A nice, comfortable place. The staff aren’t the most multi-lingual for a resort, but they make up for that with their eagerness to help. The facilities are simple and rustic, which if that’s your thing, this place will be great. The architecture of the restaurant is fun, and there is a lot of greenery and living things to immerse yourself in nature. "
