"The location and hospitality were excellent. Small quirky things like having to park a block away wasn’t a big deal for us. We spoke to the host about a few other improvements she should consider like better lighting which she agreed to make. Expect a little outside noise like a visit by a garbage truck in the middle of the night but otherwise very quiet overall. Ear plugs were provided although not really needed. Easy to find and check-in, very comfortable suite (large bedroom, large living room, large kitchen, and nice bathroom). Lots of extras included…nice welcome bag with snacks and even a bottle of local sparkling wine (Gruet). Great parking available just outside the room, and while the building is on a busy road (as advertised), there was minimal road noise. Definitely a 10.0 kind of place for visiting...
