« As other reviews have stated, condo is nicely remodeled and the whole property area is in excellent shape. They are almost done with the main pool, opening soon. This unit however is very close to a very nice swimming pool, and we used that one. The workout center we went to was also new, maybe a year old? Beach is just a short walk away. The condo is right at the 8th hole tee and is a ground level unit which was nice and had a screened in patio. The description says there are BBQ grills,...

« It would be hard to beat this view overlooking the ocean with easy beach access. The hosts were prompt with responses to questions. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Price is quite reasonable for location. Great walking in the area. Quiet. Very near the Elliot Museum and Oceanographic Institute. Car needed to get into town and other attractions. »

« We had a very good stay, condo was clean and communication was good with the host. Only complaint was the couch needs to be upgraded. It is wore out and not comfortable. Also the thermostat to control the air is a terrible one that is hard to use but we figured it out. But we were out enjoying the beautiful weather we had. »

« Had a storm come through and cause issues with the pool heater and dishwasher. The homeowner and staff were very responsive and able to get the pool heater repaired quickly and also was able to get the dishwasher working in less than 24 hours. Other than that, the house was great, the staff and owner were amazing, and the pool was great. There was easy access to the beach or bay, great beach gear available, and great restaurants on the island. »

« Great place to visit. If you like tennis or golf this is the place to stay. Lots of places to walk, great restaurant and beautiful beach. Elliot museum about 30 minutes away and 2 botanical gardens close by. »

« Hosts were very kind, accommodating and timely in communication. Perfectly located within a couple minute drive of the ocean/public beaches. Home was perfect for our party of 9, plenty of room to socialize, relax. Kitchen fully equipped. Only oops: there is no sandy beac as shown in the online pictures. It has been replaced with a grassy preserve area which hindered to “lounge on a beach” at the property. All in all, a great trip for our family and I would recommend this property to others. »
