"Super cute, super clean and super cozy! Property owners are very nice and respond quickly. Water is hot, bath tub is deep, has stove with pots and pans to cook or you can drive a couple minutes and be at lots of yummy places to eat. Close to entertainment. If you’re debating staying here or somewhere else just go ahead and come here, you won’t regret it."

"The apartment had everything we were looking for. It is in an excellent location in Charleston. The block is quiet and a pleasant walk to either downtown or to the Capital. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. Also, as my husband and I needed to do some work while we were here, including some telephone calls, it is designed in a way that we could both be on the phone without disturbing the other. The only thing I would mention is that the apartment is above a garage. While this...

"The apartment was nice. But the kitchen needed more supplies. No baking sheets for our pizza. No mittens or towels or wash clothes for the kitchen. The towels were new and still had the plastic pieces that held the tags. The mattress needs replacing. Not a single picture on the walls. Needs to few more cozy."

"Very clean, nice and updated. We were well pleased. I would definitely recommend and we plan to stay there again if needed in the future."

"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. We had clear directions for letting ourselves in and settling in right away. The location was quick and accessible to and from Charleston which we traveled to and from each day and sometimes multiple times. "This was a last minute stay and I have horrible hotel "phobia" so I was a little nervous not knowing the hotel (I do know the general area). Let me just say this is probably one of the best hotel stays I've had. The gentleman that checked me in was funny and personable and got us more blankets. The room was nicely cleaned and fresh including the bathroom which usually creeps me out. The morning ladies we also personable and the breakfast was delish! Next time I'm passing through I'm definitely staying again! Cheers to management for keep this establishment above par! "
