"House is right on Lake Erie in a neighborhood. Older home as described but stairs and floors are uneven. I fell and broke bone in my left foot on stairs going to outdoor patio!. Place could be cleaner and cleaning fee way too high, especially for one person. Suggest they do a scaled cleaning fee based upon number of renters. Was cold and could not turn up heat thermostat as it had a lock, which was a first time ever experience after years of renting through Vrbo. "

"We rented both houses and used the main house for our family activities— the family room is huge with plenty of seating. Lots of seating in the kitchen extending to back porch area. Homes were nicely decorated and very clean. Great for large groups! "
