"I travel to Billings Monthly for work. Anya is a wonderful host. Everything is clean, it is a perfect location to get to the hospital, right across from the park. There is coffee, tea and snacks when I arrive :) this was my 2nd stay and I will continue to come back. "

"Clean, good decor. And has the necessary amenities. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or sauna. Beds are comfortable, but not Queens (actually Fulls.;( The unit is actually a basement apartment. Upstairs unit is loud and not good for light sleepers with the sound of feet into the late night and early morning. Lots of loud laughter and shouting really got us on the road earlier than we wanted. Not our cup of tea. But it has its pros as well; plenty hot water, towels and it is homey."

"I had a personal situation arise and unfortunately wasn’t able to stay…I’d asked if there was a possibility to rebook (as I was well within the cancellation policy). The hosts were VERY gracious and offered a refund…I will DEFINITELY be looking forward to re-booking! Thanks guys!!!"

"Overall neighborhood feels safe. They had some snow and driveway was cleaned off but there was a small path from us walking. Steps were not shoveled so we did it ourselves. Not a huge deal but elderly parents got there before we did. Overall it was a nice place, needs a little updating.. Love the hot tub! Property manager was quick to get outlet fixed in bathroom. "

"There was no instructions on how to get in. The doors opened opposite making the top step hard to get around without falling. No snow shovel, windows not closed and not locked. The stovetops had places broke off n wonky to cook on. "
