"Fantastic location, upgraded bathroom, friendly staff. In room coffee pot wasn’t clean and fridge didn’t work great. Patio was great and the beach steps away was fun. We would definitely return. "

"We enjoyed our 2 nite stay. The only noise was from PCH, its busy and loud traffic. We picked it because of the ability to walk to the beach, some good food options and a grocery store as well. Surfside is a pretty low key beach community and we’d probably stay there again.. "

"The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave.
