"The hotel was decent, and the front desk woman was nice. When I came she had to go help a guest in his room so there was a delay to check-in. There was a man who was walking around, whom she identified as one of the owners. I asked him what the hours of the pool was and he said he didn’t know. I later came and made a remark “that lady asked me the hours of the pool, laughed and said I have no clue”. He was surprised to see me there still. I found it arrogant and ignorant, being an owner does not...

"Was great except the heater fan noisy couldn’t sleep. The pool heater wasn’t working water was very cold but hopefully that will be fixed before our next visit. "
