« The staff was terrific -- friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful! The room was clean. The comfortable room and the soaking tub were the highlights of the trip, as was the sauna. « Comments on both good and bad. There were icy spots on the walkway to our room which could have caused a serious fall. The bathroom was warm and appeared upgraded But the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Bath towels were small. My biggest complaint was the TV was OLD school. A small flat screen would have been nice. Lighting in the room was weak. The room was very warm. A very nice breakfast. »
