"The front desk was very friendly and Flexible with my check-in. I have 5 rooms reservation for my group. We have whole day tournaments in York. The hotel manager allowed me to check-in all rooms early at 1pm so that I can give keys to my parties who cannot come to hotel until late evening. Breakfast service is very good and friendly. "The light at the door was not working. When I entered the room it was pitch black and the only light switch I could find was by groping around into the bathroom to turn that light on. I did tell the desk person about the problem when I checked out."

"We were there during a snowstorm. The staff was very hospitable and let us use the dining area to eat our take out pizza ( the restaurants closed d/t weather). There were ten adults in our group. We all will definitely stay at this location again!"
