"It is not often that you stay at a hotel or lodge where the service and staff is exceptional. From the front desk to the valet to the restaurant, everyone was pleasant, respectful and accommodating. "Obsessed with these property! We definitely plan to come back! I didn’t know the gondola was so close, it’s literally across the smallest street. The location was so convenient! Main Street was only like 5 blocks away. We walked everywhere during our stay, it’s in such a good location. The staff was incredibly friendly and so helpful with recommendations!! "This little studio is adorable. Decorated very nice. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was there really wasn't much of a kitchen at all. There was a microwave, a hot plate, and a refrigerator but the space was too small. There was a table with 2 stools, but other than that, nowhere to sit. It was fairly clean though, and the property was very quiet, which we very much enjoyed. Also, the check in/check out process was super simple. Overall, cute place for a couple but plan on eating out. "

"This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again."

"Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room...
