Cozy Place w/Rustic Bunk house ORV Trail at end of driveway Sleeps 8-10

Located in the small town of Hulbert, Michigan.

Our house is a two bedroom home that sleeps six inside the house along with two full bathrooms. Along with a rustic bunkhouse that will sleep an addition four people (electric only).

ORV/Snowmobile trail is located at the end of the driveway so head on out to the north to Paradise and Tahquamenon Falls, east to Strongs, Brimley, Sault St. Marie, South to Trout Lake, Brevort, Rexton and West to Newberry, Seney.

We have wild life that love to come and walk right up to to our back deck and front porch and just check things out.

Local attractions include Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Sault St Marie, Newberry, Oswald's Bear Ranch, Trout Lake.

House sits on approximately 2 acres of lands and has plenty of room for parking of cars and trailers.

Great Getaway!!

A Little Far Out, But A Nice Stay
This house was located in a pretty remote place, but it was a great place to stay since there aren’t many housing accommodations around. The house was clean and nice, and it even had a guest house. I would stay here again.

Very nice place, easy parking with trailers and easy access to trails
Had a great time, had everything we needed for our cooking and sleeping needs. And great scenery with the deer visiting all hours of the day. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the UP. Thanks again for opening up your house for us, we had a wonderful time.

Great place to stay to ride snowmobiles!
Our group had a great time on our trip. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Price was outstanding. The extra bunkhouse made it nice for everyone to have a bed. The drive was plowed wide and there was plenty of room for our trucks and trailers. This will definitely be a place we’ll book again for future trips.

This property worked perfectly with for our plans for this vacation. Location was rural and peaceful. We did almost all of our own cooking and was so pleased at how well stocked the kitchen was. We did a fair amount of motorcycling and we were pleased with off street parking for the bikes, trucks and trailers. Beds were comfy. Took in the shipwreck museum and the Soo Locks, Logging Museum. Should we find ourselves traveling to the UP again,this will be the first place we would check for availability. The only disappointment was that we didn't have any wildlife visit us on the deck and peek in, checking us out!!

Quiet atea. Wildlife greeted us the day of; woodpe ker, birds and a curious racoon. Home is clean and well stocked. Unfortunately there was a rodant at night that ruined are of our items. Reached out to owner but poor response. Nice stay if not for the rodant.

Like Grandma’s House
Pros- Quiet, comfortable beds, extra toiletries, nice towels, kitchen supplies, new grill, fire pit, griddle, TV selections. Cons- no air conditioning, not enough fans, holes in screens, kitchen supplies very cluttered, window sills dirty, washing machine poor, neighbors property looked sketchy, but no issues with neighbors.

Up north open house
In town for an open house. It was unusually hot, no AC , not uncommon for the UP but they had fans and it cooled down considerably at night so all good. Comfy beds. Great showers. Great bathroom towels. Great place to stay especially if you are snowmobiling or riding the trails. They are right there. Never checked out the bunkhouse.

Great place to get away
We had a wonderful time. Pros: quiet area, plenty of room, wildlife right in the front yard. Cons: bunk house floor is sagging, bunk house was full of spiders. The family and I had a great time and really enjoyed the area. The main house was perfect, it had everything our family of 5 needed. The girls stayed the first night in the bunk house, but my oldest daughter was attacked by spiders so they ended up spending the rest of our trip in the main house. Definitely take bug spray with you if you're going to spend any time outside.

Great location for snowmobiling
The trail for snowmobiling was at the end of the driveway. The driveway itself was perfect for our truck and trailers. Just stayed in the main house. Did not use the bunk house. Beds were comfortable. Big space in the living/dining room. Kitchen was a bit cluttered. Very happy with the coffee machines. Both bathrooms were nice. Linens were great. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for letting us stay.

Vacation with friends
It was a great location for our day trips we had planned. The house was great and it was nice to not have to bring anything but tolietries with us. It would have been nice to have a window AC and a few more fans for the July heat. We did bring an AC with us which helped cool the house down nicely. We did not use the bunkhouse just because the kids did not want to sleep in there and the floor was sagging in the middle. We weren"t able to use the lake for fishing like we wanted to because we were told it was for locals only also some of the neighbors weren't friendly at all.

Weekend get away with family
It was wonderful seeing all the deer coming to eat the apples. We were very disappointed with how dirty the kichen and bathrooms were.
