Lakefront House close to Ann Arbor!

Charming lakefront cottage with private beach. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and 15 minutes from Brighton. We are located on Horseshoe Lake, an all sports lake with paddle board, pedal boat, rowboat and kayak included. Enjoy fishing, swimming or just relaxing in the hot tub. Sleeps 6 comfortably (although room for 8). Master bedroom has king bed. Middle room has 2 queen beds and front bedroom has queen bed. WiFi included. Cable tv in main room, master bedroom, and front bedroom. Linens included.

*while the beach is private the dock is shared with our property next door.

Summer Family Magic
Lovely lakeside property. Enjoyed two weeks of family fun. Swimming , paddle boarding, kayaking, plenty of lawn space for games, hot tub, and marshmallows by the campfire made this stay magical.

We loved this place!
We all fell in love with this property! The owner has done a wonderful job decorating and everything in the home was so comfortable. The property itself is gorgeous. My sister and I ran the Ann Arbor Marathon and having a relaxing rental (hot tub was a huge bonus on the sore muscles) made the whole trip perfect! Thank you for providing such an awesome place to stay.

Quiet lake getaway
A very cute lake house set on a quiet lake that was perfect for our family vacation. We all enjoyed the paddle board, kayaks, row boat, and pedal boat. The hot tub was a great way to start or finish the day and the patio was very nice. On a rainy night we had fun playing the arcade games and watching a movie. Overall we were very happy with everything Laura was very helpful and a great host.

Perfect Lake Getaway!
Absolute gem! Home was super clean & very nicely decorated. The inclusion of use of the paddle boards, paddle boat, row boat, and kayaks was a huge plus. My 9-13 year olds never wanted to get out of the water and our whole group (ages 1-71) had a fantastic time.. We’ll be back!

Girls weekend
Had a great time even though the weather didn't cooperate. Still was able to use the hot tub did a little kayaking, played the arcade game and had amazing company. Very warm inviting atmosphere in the house, open concept, and loved all the decorations. Host was very communicative and very pleasant. Will definitely look to rent here again!

Quiet Lake House
Owners were very nice and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the location for our children and we had great time. They had fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards and we even found a fun slip and slide that the kids LOVED! At night we roasted marshmallows for s’mores and the kids caught fireflies and loved to explore the property. They literally had everything we needed inside and outside. We would totally rent again!

Perfect space for our writing retreat!
This house was delightful, well-stocked, clean and welcoming for our group of writers. We could gather at the large table or spread out for individual focus. The kitchen was exceptional for meal prep and clean up, with everything we could ask for, for cooking and serving meals! And while the host doesn't guarantee the weather, it was a lovely warm weekend and some of us took to the water on the kayaks while others wandered the area an found a nature trail to explore. I miss it already!
