Positioned just 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to town , this is a fantastic location to explore! Cafe Nero opposite as well as Real Patisserie, Flourpot and artisan bakeries. Amazing restaurants and bars , The Gin Tub - over 150 gins! Fatto o Mano - rustic Italian, Latino - Argentinian steak and La Piazza - Mediterranean cuisine. Sainsbury's , Tesco's and Co op for your vacation needs! Also nearby is Hove Train Station and Brighton Train Station is just a 5 minute Uber/taxi.

First bedroom has king-size bed and the bedroom would fit a travel cot/child bed - able to be provided for £25 per stay.

Second bedroom has a double bed.
