Beautiful Waterfront Stay
The house as beautiful and so was the location, the owner reached out to us prior to our stay to welcome us and was easy and quick to communicate with. Amazing place to stay!
We stayed a weekend here with our big family and it was perfect! Our teenage and adult children had plenty to do. Beautiful home with a beautiful view off the back deck! Beautifully decorated, clean and extremely homey! We highly recommend this home! We will stay here again!

Amazing Home
The house was beautiful!!! I got my workout with the stairs. Since only one child chose to stay with me in this amazing 4 bedroom house the entire upstairs was mine!!! I loved sitting on the decks and taking pics of all the birds. Also saw a wonderful sunset. My sons loved fishing off the back dock. If it wasn’t mosquito season we would have spent more time outside. I loved being here!!!

Home away from home!
Host was very easy to communicate with. Location is great for Space Center, Armand Bayou, and not too far to Galveston. Lots of food options in area. Calm neighborhood for evening walks. Beds super comfy and lots of space to spread out. Games area downstairs was a hit with my kids. Some things to note: stairs for entry are quite steep for those with mobility challenges (this is mentioned in listing), some of the dishes were dirty (cutting boards), highway noise was quite noticeable (earplugs did the trick). Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Time
We rented this property to spend with our large family all under one roof. It was very clean, and so much to do for all ages. The location could not have been more perfect, very close to grocery store and restaurants. The younger adults loved the coffee house across the street; they had gelato every night. Great views and lots of parking. Highly recommend.

Excellent home,peaceful area and a georgous view
The home is lovely and huge. It’s great place to enjoy family time. When you there you various options to do. You can relax indoors or outside by the fire pit. They also have many different types of balconies that you can choose from. The bottom area has games to enjoy for everyone. Indoors on the first floor you have a great kitchen and entertaining area. Please enjoy the view of the water. Also get some fresh air, take a nap , suntan by the lake. I will love to come back soon. Stores and restaurants and entertainment around also

Spring Break 2023
Management was great. Great view of the bay and the boardwalk. Large houses and properties are very well-kept. We had two full families and a grandpa (me). The Grands loved the downstairs playroom. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit on our last night. We are already planning our next trip and we hope to stay in this very nice property.

Great location and house for a family reunion!
We chose this house for a long overdue family reunion. The rest of the family lives in Seabrook and we needed a four bedroom house to accommodate company. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Seabrook with a coffee and pastry shop across the road. So many great dining options within walking distance. The house was large enough to allow for private space as well as large common space. We took advantage of the fire pit and game room even though it was 100 degrees. All of us were so happy with the location, we will definitely book it again!

Cozy water view retreat
Location, location, location! 2 adults, 2 kids. This house has room to roam! Spacious bedrooms and living areas. Hangout in the game room garage or by the fire pit. The lights of Kemah dance on the water. We went to the Lone Star Flight Museum on our first day. Day 2 was an easy drive to Galveston for a ferry ride and the aquarium at Moody Gardens. Close to food for dining out or stock up and cook in the well appointed kitchen! We'll be back to go to Kemah and NASA!

Goodbyes and Family Reunions
We returned to Texas to host a memorial service for my husband’s father. We knew bringing our college kids with finals nearing and our Littles, who demand lots of activity, that we needed a home big enough to give everyone the space they needed. This home did not disappoint. From ‘fishing’ off the dock to fierce ping-pong and air hockey games, young and old were delighted. I was just happy to look towards Kemah, enjoying my morning coffee in the cool breeze. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to prepare big breakfasts for our many boys. The coffee shop across the street was lovely to walk to and pick up a treat (plus excellent brew). Our busy schedule kept us up late but well rested with the comfy beds and great showers. Our last night, with family visiting for a bit, we enjoyed making s’mores for the kids and wine, sitting out on the deck sharing old stories. It was a lovely time in a lovely, comfortable space and should we venture back out to play tourist to the many things we couldn’t fit in this trip (the boardwalk, beach, space center etc.) we would definitely stay here again.

I have to say we have stayed in many weekly rentals. Most of the time the pictures are better than the rental. Here the pictures are spot on! This is a great place to stay in Kemah. Great location neat little beach town neighborhood. The property manager is so responsive. We had to reach out with questions not concerns and always within 30 minutes they gave us an answer. We received our information for the property in a timely manner. Our favorite part of this property was the attention to detail. The game room area. Everything you need to play is there. You wanted to play ping pong you just stepped out there and played ping pong. You didn’t have to take a quick trip to the local Walmart to get ping pong balls they are there. The kitchen is my area and I do not like a dirty kitchen. This kitchen was very clean! If the listing said it was there it was there. It wasn’t broke and never replaced. Ex. the list stated it had a coffee pot and Keurig. My husband and I like drip coffee. Some of our group like Keurig. We all got to enjoy what we like. The living/dining/outdoor area was so nice we all got to enjoy each other while in or outside the house. So we were all there together talking and carrying on whether we’re inside at the dining table playing games, in the living room, or even outside on the back patio. If you are looking for a house perfectly located in Kemah Texas, that is well cared for, and well thought out. This is it. Book it as fast as you can.

Relaxing Getaway
This house was amazing. We stayed here for Father's Day weekend. I wanted a place big enough to accommodate my family and my cousins family. We had a 3 year old, teenagers, and 2 young adults. The pictures do not do justice to what I saw when I arrived. Beautiful!!! The house is well maintained. Everything was very clean. The owner really paid attention to details with decor, things to cook with, dishes, etc. There was plenty of family fun things to do (boardgames galore and a game room). The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. My husband enjoyed fishing in the back. He caught more crabs, than he did fish...but loved every minute of it. We got a chance to meet the neighbors. They were very friendly. Great location. We were even able to watch a fireworks show from the balcony. Thanks for having us. This is a great place to make memories.

Wonderful Stay
The property was great; we had a wonderful stay. Damn Fine Coffee across the street was amazing! Also, the Backyard restaurant was a short walk and the food was really good. Would definitely stay here again!
