I'm not tall but taller people would appreciate the showers. Perfectly clean and everyone was friendly even the overnight person when I came in at 3am was friendly. Would stay at again.

We chose this property because they are listed as pet friendly. They do allow pets and even offered us treats at check-in. The property however is all pavement and concrete. Our dogs would not do their business on either. Once we drove them across the street and the other times my husband walked them down the hill about 400 yards until he found a sparse grassy area. Outside of the pet issue, the hotel was great. If we were traveling without them, we would stay again. If they're with us, we'll need to find easier accommodations.

The hotel is 12-15mins away from downtown and 20mins away from national parks. Since we are not familiar with the place, we actually love its location above the lake and near malls and other popular establishments like Walmart and Kroger. Front desk was very accommodating and breakfast Attendant too as well. Rooms are clean but when we first got into the rooms it smells different. Things that they need to improve is the breakfast maybe they should serve bacon or ham but love the waffles though. Carpets needs to be deodorized as well like the powder we used to buy for carpets to smell good especially they are pet friendly hotel. Overall experience we love the safety and the parking area.
