"Loved the "cabin in the woods" feel of the Midpines HWY 140 house. So close to Yosemite we were able to see all the sights we wanted to and had a nice cozy cabin to return to. Loved the fireplace and that it was all set up and ready to light when we arrived. We brought food to prepare and all kitchen necessities were there and easy to find. Lots of DVDs and games available for the kids too."

"Perfect location before getting into Yosemite. Space was open and we loved the layout of the house. The fireplace was such a sweet addition to warm up the kitchen and living room. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was the perfect place to see the moon come up from the mountain and the VIEW! We were able to see the snow top covered mountains. "The house had everything essential needed for a comfortable stay. Minimalism in a beautiful way. The location was peaceful amidst the mountains. Very quiet place to get way from busy life. The host was very prompt and friendly and took the time to call and walk through the house amenities and information about the area before the stay. One thing to note - all the kitchen utensils/cutleries are available. But remember to bring any cooking ingredients (spices, oil etc). Overall, a beautiful house...
