"we were there for christmas. our flight got super delayed, and my mom had been waiting for us almost all day for us to get there. the staff was amazing and took super great care of her, as she is an elderly. they went beyond to make her comfortable. we truly appreciate every single one of the employees there that made our stay so much fun "

"The highlight was Lorraine, the front desk guru! There were a couple of things that needed attention and she was quick to assist and resolve! Room was comfortable and clean, which is important to me. On the downside there wasn't even a complementary bottle of water in the room, which I found very odd for such a big conglomerate. I did have fun, however. Thank you for a nice stay!"
