"I really like that the staff is friendly an well respectful, the only complaint that I have for this hotel is that the pool wasn't open when I came here, but I went to my aunt's house in Hurlock to visit her an my kid's got in the pool... Other than that I'm very satisfied with my stay here... I jus came here a little to early for the pool to be open, but that wasn't a big deal......"

"The only cleanlinss issue my family had was the carpets. If you walked without shoes on your feet were black. That is a huge issue with families that have small children. Other than that the rooms were clean, breakfast had many choices, pool and sauna was well maintained "

"We held a family reunion at the house with 11 adults ranging in age from 55 to 90. We were interested in the area for its surrounding attractions We chose the house because of its curb appeal, the number of bedrooms it offers, and very reasonable price. The house has the requisite number of bedrooms and plentiful space for people to cook, eat and spend time together, both inside and outside. Of the three bathrooms, the two with showers are upstairs and in high demand, which was our only complaint, but we made it work. The house was clean and communication with the hosts seamless. Window air conditioners provided respite from the heat. The kitchen has sufficient support for shared meals and cooking. There are many places to sit outside and many activities to keep all ages engaged. We very much enjoyed the Harriet Tubman National Park and Black Water Refuge both nearby, several visits to Cambridge and dinner at Old Salty’s."

"This is a unique property with expansive water views. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful and helpful caretakers. We spent 3 nights with our 5 month old puppy and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had dinner in 2 nights and went to Old Salty’s one night for crabcakes. Very good service and great food. Brought our boat and had a great time. The cottage was immaculate and extremely well equipped."

"We LOVED Sunrise Farmhouse! It was spotless and with every amenity we needed. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets! We spent hours fishing and playing off the dock. Our hosts were more than attentive and I appreciated their quick responses to our questions. I would absolutely choose this property again."
