"We had a great stay for the week. The check in was a little rocky but once past we had a great stay. The house is set up great for families. There was plenty of space for all. It is basically 20 minutes from everything to do. We enjoyed the river every day after running around. The only thing I would like to see improved is better instructions and a larger trash can. "For price of renting bedrooms shd b nicer. No place to put clothes BR furniture a disaster. Bathrooms need to be cleaner and rugs in BR are really bad. Did not see one fire detector or carbon monoxide detector. Location fabulous, overall place ok not great. A bear came into yard and and a raccoon was able to enter through the disastrous windows.Laundry facility not great. Again for the price they are getting there are areas that need a lot of work."
