Grounds were gorgeous and well kept. Plenty of dining and shopping options. Friday fireworks were amazing along with the luau on the great lawn. "The service was amazing, we were upgraded to a better room for free and the staff cleaned our room well everyday. We were also right across the beach at walkable distance from everything in Waikīkī. There were many hidden fees though (60$ for parking, and 49$ resort fee) so be aware before you book. The parking was also a bit inconvenient as it’s not your standard parking lot, but a tall and narrow structure that had many turns. "

"This review is for the Waikiki Banyan hotel. We were re-accommodated to it, not by choice as the 2 bedroom unit we booked in the Ilikai was no longer available. We were told this 9:30 pm the night before check in. They re-accommodated us to a small 1 bedroom unit with not enough beds for our party of 5. The unit looked clean, and everything worked except the door lock on the bathroom....
